Eligibility: The Stanley Supply & Services "Race to New Hampshire" Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open only to Stanley Supply & Services customers or potential customers that are located in the continental United States and are in good standing with Stanley Supply & Services. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, and possess a valid state issued identification at the time of entry. Employees of The Stanley Works, Stanley Supply & Services (a division of The Stanley Works), Gillett Evernham Motorsports, Retail Sports Marketing, as well as the immediate family (defined as spouses, children, parents and siblings) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Sponsor: Stanley Supply & Services, a division of the Stanley Works, New Britain, Connecticut.
Entry & Selection of Potential Winners: Each time you make a purchase of any Jensen Tool Kit (pre-packaged or custom) online, via phone order, or through catalog, you will receive an entry into the drawing. Purchase must be made between June 1, 2008 and August 15, 2008 to be entered into the drawing. To enter without a purchase, send a postcard with your name, address, city, state, zip, date of birth and daytime telephone number to: Stanley Supply & Services "Race to New Hampshire" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 481964, Charlotte, NC 28269. Entries must be received by 12:00 PM EST on Friday, August 15, 2008. Limit: one (1) entry per person a day, and one (1) entry per outer envelope.
By entering, you fully and unconditionally accept these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all entries on or about August 18, 2008. Except where prohibited, potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days of being notified. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the affidavit/release within the required time period, if he/she cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the first attempt to notify him/her, or if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that he/she is ineligible, then he/she will forfeit the prize, and an alternate potential winner will be selected at random from among all remaining eligible entries. Travel companions must sign and execute a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel, except where prohibited. Travel companion must be 18 years of age or older. Prior to travel to the race event, the potential winner must provide a copy of a valid state issued identification card.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: meet and greet with Gillett Evernham Motorsports driver Elliott Sadler (or another member of the Gillett Evernham Motorsports Stanley Racing team selected by Sponsor) on September 14, 2008 and two (2) Stanley Racing hospitality / ticket packages. Trip includes roundtrip coach air transportation on a carrier of Sponsor's choice between the major metropolitan airport near winner's home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, standard double occupancy accommodations for two (2) (one (1) room) at a hotel of Sponsor's choice and vehicle rental. ARV U.S. $3,000.00. Any expenses associated with prize receipt and/or use that are not expressly described in these Official Rules are the responsibility solely of the winner. Such expenses may include but are not limited to federal, state and local taxes; meals; phone calls; and souvenirs. All such taxes, fees and costs are the responsibility solely of the winner.
Publicity Release: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes an entrant's consent for Sponsor and its agents to use entrant's name, likeness (including photograph), voice, opinions, biographical information and state/province of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event that an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously lost, destroyed or deleted, entrant's sole remedy shall be another entry into the Promotion.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, The Stanley Works, Stanley Supply & Services, Gillett Evernham Motorsports, Retail Sports Marketing, each such company's respective related companies, and each such company's officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical or printing errors; (c) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (d) late, lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or undeliverable entries or mail; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to death, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages against the Released Parties whatsoever, including, without limitation, punitive, consequential or indirect damages. Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out or connected with the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Hartford County, Connecticut. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Connecticut, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Connecticut or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Connecticut.
